This is a pair of TQ Racing "Double Barrel" bullet connectors.

This bullet has an innovative design, with dual diameter shaft for use with 4mm and 5mm batteries. Designed for use on chargers and convenient for users that own both 4mm and 5mm bullet batteries.

Please Note: Will fit flush on most 5mm batteries, but will be approximately 11mm higher on 4mm batteries. Use with caution!
