The left-side weight rail is a new part on the 4.8. It still accepts five pieces of weight, however, the distribution of those weight pieces has been shifted: one position was removed from the left-front corner, and has now been shifted to the left-rear corner of the car, left of the ESC. The more we have tested, the more we are looking to stack weight around/under the ESC in almost every class.
