This is a CRC 2s charging/balance cable. Balance/charge adapter designed for 2-cell LiPo hard packs that use 4mm bullets for power and a 2mm bullet for balancing. Also includes a pair 4/5mm bullet adapters.

Can also be used to "balance" 1-cell batteries on an iCharger by plugging the 2mm balance pin into the positive terminal.
