This is a BSR Racing tire truing adapter for 1/12 rear tires. The adapter has 3 "prongs" that key into the outer screw holes of a 1/12 rear tire, resulting in even pressure when securing the tire to your arbor.

Threaded for arbors that have a 1/4-20 thread, like the BSR arbor (A1600).
